Saturday, May 21st: Depart USA 
Depart USA from Tulsa International Airport.

Sunday, May 22nd: Arrive in Rome, Welcome Dinner
Arrive at Leonardo da Vinci Airport in the morning and transfer to lodging via coach bus. Once rested, enjoy a climb to the top of St Peter’s copula (dome) where the perfect cappuccino and beautiful landscape of Rome await you. Continue your immersion in this new country through a leisure walking tour that will help you get settled into your new surroundings prior to Mass. Conclude the day with a delicious dinner, welcoming you to the Eternal City. (D)

Monday, May 23rd: Churchathon | Vatican Museums
Depart on foot to explore some of the many beautiful churches of Rome and the cobblestone pathways that connect them. The afternoon will bring a guided tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, providing you the opportunity to view some of the world’s most inspiring works of art, including Michelangelo's magnificent fresco of the Last Judgment. In the evening, try your hand at some of Italy’s most popular dishes in a private cooking class. After all, when in Italy... (B, D)

Tuesday, May 24th: St Peter’s Basilica | Free Afternoon
Kickstart your morning with Mass at St. Peter’s followed by a tour of the basilica itself. The afternoon will be yours to enjoy! Might we suggest one of the favorite Italian past-times; people-watching while sipping wine at an outdoor cafe? Reconvene in the evening for a peaceful Holy Hour. We’ll be taking it up a notch afterwards with our “Rome at Night” tour, exploring the wonders of Rome including the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and more. (B, L)

Wednesday, May 25th: Papal Audience | Scavi
Attend the Papal Audience (pending the Pope’s final schedule). The afternoon will include an exclusive tour of the necropolis (Scavi) underneath the Basilica, where the tomb of St. Peter is located. Continue with a visit to the North American College, Rome’s diocesan seminary. And what better way to finish the day than with drinks on the terrace before supper? (B, D)

Thursday, May 26th: Ancient Rome Tour | Retracing Calvary 
Begin the day with a fascinating and in-depth tour of the Coliseum and Roman Forum. After lunch, you’ll have the chance to visit St. John Lateran, the Cathedral of Rome, the Holy Steps climbed by Christ in Jerusalem, and the Basilica of the Holy Cross housing some of Christianity's most important relics. Pack and depart for adventures in Assisi in the evening. (B, L)

Friday, May 27th: Assisi | Walking in the Steps of St Francis
Morning Mass will be celebrated at the Tomb of Saint Francis followed by visits to the Basilica, the crucifix of San Damiano, and Saint Clare’s Basilica. In the afternoon, and in true Italian fashion, we’ll enjoy a unique wine tasting experience in the Umbrian countryside. (B, D)

Saturday, May 28th: Sunrise Mass | Farewell Dinner
Visit the Hermitage at Assisi for a sunrise Mass. Enjoy some contemplative time on your own in the morning to walk around the city and visit some of the many quaint shops prior to departing back to Rome in the early afternoon. A final dinner will be held in the evening to commemorate our trip. (B, D)

Sunday, May 29th: Return flight to USA 
Pack and depart in the morning for Leonardo da Vinci Airport for the return flight to Tulsa International Airport. (B)
